We produce very precise gaskets (flat static seals) in all possible geometries, contours in dimensions up to 2500mm x 1500mm. Seals are produced on a cnc plotter, so there is no cost to produce tools, and production deadlines are very short.

The “nesting” software maximizes the materials used (optimal positioning of the seals on the worktop for maximum utilization). Our highly qualified associates can give you the optimal technical solution for seals in terms of shape, dimensions, material selection and installation.

Materials from which we produce flat static seals:

• non-asbestos sheets based on: aramid fibers (Kevlar), various elastomers and bonding materials
• graphite-based sheets with or without metal reinforcements for max. t=550C° and p=500 bar
• sheets based on modified PTFE
• non-asbestos mica-based sheets for t=1100C° p=200 bar
• non-asbestos thermal insulation and sealing sheets based on mineral fibers t=1100C° p=2 bar
• different types of elastomers (rubber) such as: NBR, HNBR, VITON, SILICONE, NEOPRENE...
• PTFE (Teflon), POM, PE sheets...
